Vendor Information
Interested in being a VENDOR at our Street Fair? Please complete and submit the booth space application form.
The deadline to reserve a booth is September 8th. After this date, all booths will be rented on a first-come, first-serve basis. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to ensure payment arrives prior to the deadline. (Cash or Check only.) After booth placement is complete we will contact you with booth confirmation and rules 7-10 days prior to Festival.
Booth information
- Approximate booth size is 10 feet x 10 feet.
- Set up for food booths begins at 3pm on Friday. Set up for all other booths begins after midnight on Friday.
- Booth must be set up by 9am on Saturday.
- Overnight security is not provided. The Knights of Pythias organization and the Festival of the Turning Leaves Committee are not responsible for overnight security.
- All events happen rain or shine.

All food vendors need to comply with Boone County Health Department Regulations and fill out the Temporary Food Establishment Permit. (Not for Profit organizations are exempt.)
