Vendor Information

Interested in being a VENDOR at our Street Fair? Please complete and submit the 2017 Festival of the Turning Leaves Booth Space application (PDF).

The deadline for submission is August 24, 2017. After this date, all booths will be rented on a first-come, first-serve basis. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to ensure payment arrives prior to the deadline (cash or check only). After booth placement is complete we will mail/email you a booth confirmation with rules 7-10 days prior to Festival.

Note: Thorntown Ordinance 92.01 Section 6 - Public Nuisances affecting Health:
“Any use of Property which shall cause any nauseous or unwholesome liquid or substance to flow into or upon any street, gutter, alley, sidewalk, or public place within the Town limits.”
No Grease is allowed in Dumpsters provided by Festival Committee. You will be cited.

Note: the STREET FAIR starts at 8am Saturday morning, and closes Sunday at 5pm.

Our Street Fair cannot be "open" for more than two days. So, vendors can only provide goods and services on Saturday and Sunday.

All food vendors need to comply with Boone County Health Department Regulations and fill out the Temporary Food Establishment Permit. (Not for Profit organizations are exempt.)
